Accommodation in a centrally located 3-star hotel (Capitol, Armonia or similar). 

Morning and early afternoon in Bucharest. Meet a lawyer or real estate agents to discuss opportunities for investing in properties in Romania, legislation etc.

Visit Bucharest and the outskirts to view the new residential developments and/or available properties.

Late afternoon drive to Sinaia (127 km). Dinner and accommodation at the Palace Hotel**** or similar.

Morning visit the fabulous Peles Castle - former summer residence of the Royal family - then drive along the Prahova Valley to Brasov. Visit along the way an area rich in holiday homes (Sinaia - Poiana Tapului - Busteni - Predeal).

Brasov - panoramic city tour and a guided walking tour through the medieval town centre. Late afternoon drive on Poiana Brasov. Dinner in a typical chalet-restaurant. Accommodation at the Alpin Hotel**** or similar.

Morning drive to Bran to visit "Dracula's" Castle and the picturesque area of Bran and Moeciu rich in holiday homes.

Afternoon drive to Bucharest.

Dinner at the typical Caru cu Bere restaurant. Accommodation in a 3-star hotel ( Capitol, Armonia or similar ). 

Morning in Bucharest. Time for business meetings.

Guide and car/van at disposal for local transfers. 

Transfer to airport for return flight, depart Bucharest 15.40 arrive London Heathrow 17.15.
